Domiciliary Care: A Flexible Alternative to Live-In Support

Domiciliary Care: What Is it?

Domiciliary is another option to live in care.

If you do not have space in your home for a live-in carer, you can still have the same service of care, as live-in. However, you would have carers popping in at regular intervals supposed to be in the home 24 hours a day, like a live-in carer.

The number of times they visit you will all depend on your needs.

Support

Regular Home Visits

Carers will still be able to visit you in your home on a regular basis from one visit up to four visits a day.  This could involve

Washing dressing

Making meals

Providing drinks

Light domestic support

Providing medication assistance

Sitting service

To provide covers and support for the time you need.

EMERGENCY CARE (no assessment needed for one-offs)

Understanding Domiciliary Care Costs and Support Options

SITTING SERVICE
