We are looking for people who have patience, understanding, empathy and kindness. Have a general knowledge and experience in running a home efficiently. Having worked in the care industry for at least 1 year would be of great advantage. If you think you have the personality and skills to be a live-in carer, then this rewarding position is for you. An attractive daily rate is offered, depending on your training and skills and of the needs of the client.
You will have explained by the client/representative on the running of the house and other relevant information will be passed down to you from the agency and from the previous carer in.
You will be self employed and responsible for your own tax and insurance. You will be paid by the client, or representative direct by cheque, or bank transfer. Any information required on tax and insurance can be obtained from the office.
We offer a supportive working atmosphere, ongoing training and development and open communication with the management team. We value all our carers that are on board with us and you are all treated as individuals.
It is imperative that our clients are treated with dignity and respect at all times. We expect you to treat them as you would want to be treated yourself.

Every carer that is introduced to a client has to be thoroughly vetted, and a personal interview with the manager before they are sent out on an assignment. We take a lot of care in choosing people to go out to clients, therefore the vetting period can take a few days.
