Our Goal
We want you to remain as independent as possible and we want you to remain in your own home throughout your life. When the years are catching up and you are feeling more vulnerable or nervous about staying on your own, we will be there to support you. We are able to provide 24-hour care and somebody will stay with you whilst giving you full support.

Encouraging service users to manage for themselves and take responsibility for their own healthcare and medication as much as possible, avoiding dependency on their support worker.
Support and Safety:
Providing reassurance while ensuring service users can participate in activities with minimized risks. Risk assessments are carried out on premises, equipment, and activities.
Personal Appearance Assistance
Assisting with makeup, manicure, hairdressing, and other personal appearance elements to help users present themselves as they wish, minimizing feelings of inferiority or vulnerability.
Respect for Privacy
Respecting privacy at all times, with support workers entering a client’s room only with consent and responding to preferences, such as being left alone when desired.
